We love summer: the sea, the sand, the blue skies, the holidays... Fashion Week has come and gone, so we have even more visibility on this season's upcoming trends. While Autumn-Winter saw a return to fashion basics, Summer is all about celebration, with materials and colours that reflect the light of sunsets: satin, gold, lurex..
Summer is also about lightness, an opportunity to play on transparency and use fluid fabrics for that bohemian feel we love. So we're opting for outfits that are a little sexier, dresses that reveal the back, thin straps or Bardot collars for sexy shoulders. The colours of the summer are soft and tangy, with black as the unusual colour of the season.

THE SEASON'S KEY TRENDS
Sobriety is the order of the day, especially in this heat - the less you wear, the better you look! So we're playing it effortless with combipantalons, plain with a shirt collar for simplicity, or with a graphic print and refined cut-outs for a slim silhouette.
For a 2-in-1 outfit, opt for dresses too! Lightweight dresses, sexy dresses, lace-up dresses, cut-out double-breasted dresses, revealing your shoulders or back with subtlety, for a hot, sensual summer.
For a sensual look, Bardot neckline tops are also making a comeback this season. Without ever showing too much, they reveal the neck and shoulders for a resolutely 60s look in 2023.
Shorts are also part of the summer spirit: classic blue denim or a casual tobacco colour, these shorts have become a wardrobe must-have, as have sleeveless jackets, a true IT wardrobe staple, winter and summer alike.
MATERIALS AND PRINTS TO ADOPT
Arty, ethnic or wild, the prints will be two-tone or in shades. Every year, they continue to rise in popularity and invade our wardrobes. Just like denim, which we prefer in shorts for summer, with lots of cut-outs for a do-it-yourself effect.
Between craftsmanship and 70s charm, crochet and lace remain sure-fire summer staples. For both city and beach wardrobes, they come in natural colours for a bohemian-chic look that's sure to be snapped up.
Shine bright like a diamond in Elora! Tops, dresses, trousers or jackets, all strong pieces adopt the shine of silk or satin. Like a second skin, in lingerie and long nighties, this season will be soft.

Red and its variations are also very much in evidence this spring, warming up tanned complexions for a vitamin-packed summer!
