This winter, there's no question of putting your style on hold! Autumn has set trends that continue into these colder days: biker pieces, knitwear, florals, animal prints... it's the perfect opportunity to reveal your personality. Why not try some new combinations?
Elora has put together a selection of 100% on-trend pieces for you this winter.
Faux leather: embrace the biker style
Leatherette pieces were already back in the spotlight this autumn and are continuing to conquer fashionistas' wardrobes. They're everywhere, from skirts and trousers to jackets and even shirts in imitation leather. Biker style has never been so fashionable, so we've got to make the most of it!
When it comes to pairing, these pieces have the advantage of going with every style. You can go for the total black look by wearing faux-leather trousers with a black T-shirt and cardigan, or go for a more romantic look by tucking a floral shirt into a faux-leather mini skirt.
Our selection of Elora leatherette pieces for this winter
- Black shirt dress in leatherette with 3/4 length sleeves
- Black mini skirt in leatherette
- Straight black trousers in leatherette and milano knit
Knitwear: the 100% cocooning trend
Knitwear has been part of our wardrobes for several winters now, and we're not going to complain! What could be nicer than being stylish, wrapped up in your favourite soft knit jumper?
This season's big trend is the Irish-style knitted jumper. We're wearing them a little loose, or even oversized, and we're pairing them with everything: with faux leather trousers, a long skirt, blue denim jeans, over a dress... it's up to you to find your favourite cocooning jumper look!
There are two main colour trends: more natural tones such as taupe or pale pink, and more vibrant colours such as red, purple and garnet.

Floral patterns: romantic all year round
Floral pieces have been making their way down the catwalks ever since, and they're back again this winter, to the delight of fashionistas with a penchant for romantic trends.
Floral motifs adorn long dresses (a must-have this season), flowing shirts and even accessories. You can go for a total floral look by opting for a floral maxi dress, or add a little romance to your outfit by choosing a floral chèche.
Our Elora selection of romantic floral pieces
- Fluid pink and black floral maxi dress
- Bohemian pink and khaki floral voile shirt
- Hippy chic V-neck flared blouse
Animal prints: a wild side we love
Wild prints are a timeless wardrobe staple. Leopard, crocodile, zebra... they pop up on the catwalks every year, chicly decorating the new collections. While a total animal look can be frightening, well-chosen wild print pieces can add a twist to an outfit and make it incredibly chic.
Long skirts are very much on trend this winter: try a long skirt with an animal print, teaming it with an Irish jumper or a wispy blouse in neutral colours such as pale pink or taupe. More subtle, leopard print jewellery goes with many outfits and adds the detail that makes all the difference. With animal prints, there's something for every taste and style!
