Although they can be worked on over the long term, these are skills that are often innate and harder to acquire than hard skills (technical skills).

Home sales training at Elora

At Elora, we offer our home sellers a home sales training programme with three main objectives:

• To guide you through your first sales and the start of your business,
• To give you a detailed presentation of our collections, our company and our values,
• Refreshing your sales techniques.

Beforehand, we'll introduce you to your mentor, who will help you get started. She will be present at your first sales meeting, explain how to use each of your tools and introduce you to the collection, while giving you tips on how to present your garment. You will also be able to observe her at sales, as observation is the key to learning.
