A new year begins: it's the ideal time to take stock and start afresh. Good resolutions can be complicated to keep, especially when they involve work.
That's why Elora advises you to make VDI resolutions that motivate you and are achievable. To keep them, it's a good idea to set yourself some goals.

1 / Recruitment objectives
Recruitment is a good way of motivating yourself to achieve your objectives.
Set yourself a number of people you want to recruit as VDIs or hostesses to help you organise private sales. If you reach that number, you can be proud of yourself!

2/ Prospecting objectives
Canvassing, like recruitment, is easy to quantify. You can therefore set yourself targets.
Challenge yourself in 2019: think outside the box and dare to prospect. The simplest way of prospecting is still social networking. Take the lead and subscribe to ready-to-wear groups, respond to comments... Don't forget that "nothing ventured, nothing gained".
3 / Communication objectives
In 2019, we've decided to communicate more!
Some of you will be more comfortable on social networks. In that case, go for Instagram and Facebook. Post beautiful photos, showcase the collections and why not do a lookbook in which you wear the collections? If you prefer human contact, tell people about your business. It's also a great opportunity to promote your business and the clothes you sell.
A good idea? Set yourself some communication challenges: reach 1,000 followers on your Instagram account, talk about your business at special events... it's up to you to put yourself to the test.
4/ Organisational goals
The key to well-being is organising your work. When you know what you have to do and you keep a schedule, stress is reduit.Profitez at the start of the year to get your organisation back to 0.
Set yourself the goal of following a weekly schedule and entering all your appointments and private sales evenings in your diary. That way, you'll have more peace of mind!
