Starting out as an independent door-to-door salesperson is first and foremost a professional decision to become your own boss. Not just for yourself, but also for the others you'll be managing (hostesses, home sales networks, customers). So how can you be a good leader? Read our tips for becoming a top leader!

BE INSPIRING
A good leader is above all someone who is passionate and exciting. Being inspiring as a leader means knowing how to talk about your product/service relentlessly, knowing how to take risks to develop your business, and making and carrying through difficult decisions. BE METHODICAL
Create business routines for yourself! As a freelance home sales assistant, it's a good idea to set aside certain times of the week for certain tasks: cold calling, door-to-door sales, hostess meetings, recruiting new home sales assist ants, and so on. A little clear-sightedness never hurt anyone! To be a good leader, you need to be able to assess yourself, identify the areas of tension that are hindering the smooth running of your VDI business, and question the organisation you have set up so that you can always optimise it. Review your customer management, your sales pitch, the frequency of your in-home meetings, your colleagues, your commitment... and constantly improve on what already exists!
